Olivia Dean was named Best New Artist at the 68th Grammy Awards Sunday.

The singer, 26, fought tears as she accepted the award, which was presented by last year’s winner Chappell Roan.

“I never really imagined that I would be up here, let alone nominated, so thank you so much,” she said. “I guess I wanna say I’m up here as a granddaughter of an immigrant. I am a product of bravery and I think those people deserve to be celebrated.”

Dean was named Best New Artist following back-to-back performances by each of the nominees, which included The Marias, Addison Rae, KATSEYE, Leon Thomas, Alex Warren, Lola Young, Olivia Dean and sombr.

Justin Bieber, who was up for four potential honors Sunday, then took the stage in a pair of boxers to sing “Yukon.”

Following his performance, Marcello Hernandez and Karol G presented the Best Musica Urbana Album Award to Bad Bunny for DeBI TiRAR MaS FOToS.

“ICE out. We’re not savage. We’re not animals. We’re not aliens. We are humans and we are Americans,” he said during his acceptance speech.

“The only thing that is more powerful than hate is love, so please, we need to be different. If we fight, we have to do it with love. We don’t hate them. We love our people. We love our family. And that’s the way to do it. With love,” he added.

Sabrina Carpenter kicked off the awards ceremony with her song “Manchild.”

The songstress wore all-white ensemble, surrounded by men in various uniforms.

Kendrick Lamar won the first Grammy of the night — Best Rap Album for GNX, presented by Queen Latifah and Doechii.

Trevor Noah is hosting the event, which is once again broadcasting live from the Crypto.com Arena.

Winners across 86 categories were announced during Sunday afternoon’s Grammy Premiere ceremony.

Thomas won the Best R&B Album Award for MUTT and Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Vibes Don’t Lie.”

Kehlani’s song “Folded” won her the Best R&B Performance honor.

Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande won the award for Best Pop Duo / Group Performance for “Defying Gravity,” while Lady Gaga’s “Abracadabra” won the Best Dance Pop Recording.

The winners for Record of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Rap Album, Best Contemporary Country Album and Best Musica Urbana Album will be announced during the Sunday evening award show.
