Colombian singer Shakira and Nigerian music artist Burna Boy have released an official song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The pair released the song “Dai Dai” on Friday, about a month ahead of the soccer tournament’s opening ceremony in Mexico City.

“Dai Dai” brings together “the global sounds and energy of Shakira and Burna Boy in a vibrant celebration of football, culture and unity,” according to FIFA.

The song’s release supports the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to raise $100 million by the end of the tournament to provide education and soccer opportunities to children around the world.

Shakira was previously announced to co-headline the World Cup Final halftime show with Madonna and K-pop stars BTS. The final will take place July 19 at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

Shakira will kick off her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour: World Cup Edition tour June 13 in Inglewood, Calif., and bring the venture to a close July 25 in Atlantic City, N.J.
