Bang Chan, a Fendi brand ambassador and a member of South Korean boy group Stray Kids, is back with new music.
Chan released the song “Roman Empire” and a music video to accompany it Monday as part of the singer’s collaboration with Fendi.
“You appeared out of nowhere like Peekaboo,” he sang, in a nod to a Fendi purse. “Got me feeling so shocked when I peek at you.”
The music video was produced at Fendi headquarters, and the star appears both inside and outside the Palazzo dell Civilta Italiana.
“It compares love to the eternity and grandeur of the Roman Empire, weaving symbols of the maison — such as the iconic Peekaboo bag and the signature ‘FF’ logo — into the lyrics to reinterpret Rome’s heritage in a modern way,” he said, per WWD.
Bang Chan will perform at a private Fendi event Tuesday.
